• Analysis of documents related to bidding procedures;
• Assistance in public hearings and public inquiry procedures;
• Review of the invitation to bid and its attachments;
• Drafting of refusals/challenges, motions for clarification and administrative appeals;
• Advice on and drafting of the proposal, focusing on its legal documents;
• Advice on other stages of the bidding procedures, including, but not limited to, the final negotiations required to execute the administrative contracts and the execution itself;
• Representation in lawsuits related to bidding procedures.
