• Drafting and review of business agreements in general;
• Drafting and review of contracts related to infrastructure projects, such as Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) agreements, Operation and Maintenance (O&M) agreements, among others;
• Assistance and participation in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions;
• Conduction of contracts due diligence;
• Representation in lawsuits related to business agreements.
